A point for the Pedlars

But deserved more

A well deserved point for the Pedlars, the full three points eluded them but would have been a just reward for a fine performance, luck and decisions not on their side. The Tangerines took the lead in the fourth minute catching the Pedlar defence napping. The balance restored in the thirty first minute, Jack Frohawk with his first of two on his Pedlar debut. A free kick twenty two yards out, beating the keeper low and hard to his left. Kieran Bruce put the Pedlars in front with a minute to go in the first half, Jacob Bogle heading down for Bruce to thrash home from twelve yards.
Frohawk with his second in the fifty sixth minute, played through to beat the keeper slotting his shot past him into the bottom right hand corner. The visitors clawing back goals in the seventy sixth and eighty ninth minute to restore the balance, the Pedlars having what should have been the winner disallowed in added time for a dubious off-side. Mid-week the Pedlars are on the road to Needham Market and then next Saturday away to Whittlesey Athletic.

A convincing win for the Reserves away to Horsford United, next weekend they have a tough trip away to top of the table Norton Athletic. Harvey Back with a brace, Tyler Reeve and Cole Hagland making up the balance.
Three points for the 'A ' Team Friday night, a Kyle Carke goal securing the points at home to Bowthorpe Rovers. This weekend they are away to Northwold in the 3rd Round of the Pease Cup.
The Young Pedlars are back in action this Thursday, Mulbarton Wanderers visiting the 'Worzel Roofing' Stadium.
A tough away fixture for the Senior Pedlars next Sunday when they play top of the table and unbeaten AFC Lynn Napier.
