2-1 loss

Disappointment at the Lane, a tremendous game for the neutral supporter but frustration at the end of play for the Pedlars.
Swaffham took the lead in the seventeenth minute, Alex Vincent breaking free on the left hand wing, slotting across the keeper, his shot going in off the post. It looked as though it could be an afternoon of plain sailing but opportunities missed or not taken kept the game on a knife edge. Framlingham levelled with three minutes to go, a headed goal from a free kick taken just inside the Swaffham half and then took the lead with a minute into added time, another set piece headed goal, the offending awarded corner a dubious decision, the kick taken quickly and catching out the Pedlars defence.
Time for the Pedlars to reflect on the game, their next fixture is in two weeks time when Halstead visit Shoemakers Lane.
The Reserves, without a game, took the opportunity of an additional training session ahead of their home game next weekend against Blofield United Reserves.
