5-2 defeat

A game of two halves away to the Wherrymen at College Meadow. The first half disappointing with poor play by the Pedlars, the game killed of after forty five minutes with Beccles three goals the better. The second half much better with the forty five minutes balanced at two goals a-piece. Louis Baker and Kane Clark finding the back of the net for the Pedlars. The final result although disappointing shows how improvements have been made since the new year, the squad has grown in confidence and maturity to form a nucleus to work on throughout the closed season and grow in stance in preparation for season 2026/2027. Next weekend, the Pedlars play their final game of the season away at the 'Hilltops Sports Centre', home to Norwich CEYMS. CEYMS were the first side that Swaffham played in the season, the opening game in August saw them take all three points in a two nil victory.
A crunch game away to Briston saw the Reserves get stung by six goals by their immediate rivals and division title chasers. Swaffham with two games to play now wait until Tuesday the 21st before their next and final home game where Easton Reserves make the trip to the 'Uncle Luke's Stadium'. They still hold pole position in the division by points earned and banked however, sides below them have games in hand and potential points to be gained.
