The home team started brightly and took the lead when a Peake shot was deflected into the net by a home defender. The visitors soon equalised, a couple of errors in the home defence allowed the Sheringham forward to finish well.This sparked the home team into life and they scored 3 times before half time, Dale Hockton and 2 for Titmarsh (one a 30yrd. pile driver)
The second half Sheringham showed why they are second in the league creating several good chances but scoring only one, before Dwayne Hockton's shot/cross
ended up in the visitors net. The visitors continued to press and scored again with 10 mins left
