Swaffhams second string continued their good form of recent weeks and dominated the first half and it was no surprise when they took the lead, excellent work by Coe on the right wing, his cross was met by the in-form Frost, to open the scoring. It was Frost on target again before half time to increase the home team's advantage, by 2 goals.
The second half continued in much the same vain with the visitors keeper in fine form, but the pattern of the game changed, when Thorpe scored putting Swaffham on the defensive. With the last 15 mins. proving hectic for the home side, Seaman and Hockton stood firm in a resolute defensive showing by all the team. This carried off the honours once again for the Reserves to record there 6 consectutive win, pushing the ''Pedlars'' up into promotion contention.
