The Reserves started poorly and conceded 2 goals(1pen) to a hard working Long Stratton side that were playing far better football than the home team. After 30 mins the Pedlars got a goal back through Nathan Clarke, continuing his recent run of scoring form.

An improvement in the second half saw Swaffham push hard for the equaliser which arrived through Luke Askew. With the home side being awarded the second penalty of the game, scored by Clarke, it was the Pedlars who scraped through to claim all three points.

The visitors probably felt a bit aggrieved with nothing to show for there endeavour after a good display, but the home team showed good committment and fitness levels to finish the second half strongly.
