Swaffham Town continue preparations

The Pedlars displayed an impressive performance against a Norwich City
Under 18 squad in excellent form. The Town took the lead in the first
half, a great finish by Will O'Brien, the visitors drawing level twenty
minutes into the second. City grasped victory five minutes later, an
unfortunate deflection leaving the Pedlars keeper no hope, clinching the
victory. Further efforts showed promise but the finish required to keep honours even evaded the home side.

Better fortune for the 'A' Team later in the day. A 3-1 win over
Castle Acre Swifts keeping their pre-season plans on route.

Midweek, we welcome visitors from Huntingdonshire to Shoemakers Lane,
Wednesday evening the First team entertain Huntingdon, Thursday the
Reserves play Doddington. Both kick off at 7.45pm.
Next Saturday the
First Team are at home to Yaxley, 3pm kick off.
