Stowmarket Town 2 Swaffham Town 4
The Pedlars did not have it all plain sailing for their final away game of this year. An overcast sky and a very heavy pitch making difficult conditions for both teams. Swaffham were looking comfortable at half time, three nilup, following two lobbed goals from Rory Harper and Jack Redhead scoring directly from a corner, many further chances and opportunities not taken or missed. The Green's Meadow team came out to battle for the second half!
Swaffham's defence held firm until the 73rd minutewhen they conceded a well taken goal. Warning bells and whistles then sounded when Stow got a second five minutes later. The Pedlars dug in firm and fought hard. The game finally put to bed in added time, substitute Jake Platten with a driving run through the Stowmarket defence, unselfishly laying off for Alex Vincent to smash home.
